• Returns must be processed within 10 days from the date of purchase.

• We do not offer free returns. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• All returned items must be in unworn, unused, and unwashed condition with original tags attached.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at orders@thebullysanctuary.org to obtain a return authorization.

• Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
